About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and map external stakeholders across cardio-renal-metabolic therapeutic areas.
  • Expand engagement beyond healthcare professionals using tailored strategies and channels.
  • Collect and analyze medical insights to inform strategic decisions and product planning.
  • Support clinical development projects and identify data generation opportunities.
  • Drive disease awareness and deliver evidence to enable informed stakeholder decisions.
  • Embrace digital tools and omnichannel engagement for impactful communication.
  • Contribute to patient journey mapping and integrated medical strategy development.
  • Deliver medical training to cross-functional teams during onboarding and key meetings.

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced degree (MD, MSc, PhD, or PostDoc) in medical, pharmaceutical, biological, or health/life sciences.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in healthcare, health authority, NGO, or pharmaceutical medical role.
  • Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage and build stakeholder relationships.
  • Understanding of clinical development and evidence generation.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and omnichannel engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support internal training initiatives.
